2 days ago a place in California got 60" of snow in 24 hours. Many California, Arizona and New Mexico towns have gotten more snow than we have this year and I'm not complaining!

2 days ago a place in California got 60" of snow in 24 hours. Many California, Arizona and New Mexico towns have gotten more snow than we have this year and I'm not complaining! I have a good friend that lives in a little southern California town east of Los Angeles and they've had over 80 inches. He said he thought he was back in Steelton in the 60's. LOL When they saw the forecast, he loaded up with groceries and supplies and said he's having a good time. He dug a path for the dog to do his thing and is just waiting it out. He said normally this time of year the temps are in the mid 70's. We were talking about sledding down the hills in Steelton when we were kids. Dodging the cars on the way down and then trying to stop before we hit Front St!

I read that Monmouth California has had over 500" of snow and expecting more. Meanwhile, we have had approx. 5". Climate change is real!
